One of the biggest questions on minds of people when they try to register their company is that whether they will have to physically visit any government office for the company registration process. The answer is NO. You do not have to visit any government office to get your company registered. Everything is done online.
Online Company Registration Process
The company registration process starts with the generation of DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) and the DIN (Director Identification Numbers) for the directors. This process is completely online and takes only one (01) day to be completed. To initiate the process of DSC and DIN generation, you need to submit the scanned copies of required set of documents to our team via email.
Once the DSC and DIN are generated, the next step is to obtain Company Name Approval. The Company Name is submitted to MCA for approval. The approval process is again completely online and takes 1-2 working days.
Once the Company Name approval is obtained, the documents are submitted online to the government for issuing Certificate of Incorporation.
