Starting a Tradition.
Starting this month, we as LeanFlo Inc. founders will be sharing a monthly blog on the achievements and the future plans of our venture. In this maiden blog, we are elated to share some of the wonderful experiments we performed, including some milestones that we have been able to achieve in last 90 days, and the plans for the next few months.
We Lived Up to Our Promise.
When we set-up LeanFlo Inc., our top priority was to provide an all-rounded support to startups and small enterprises helping them set up and run their businesses without any hassle and most importantly, within their budget. We are proud to share that we have lived up to this promise that we made to our customers and to ourselves.
In the last 90 days we have helped more than 40 businesses on various crucial areas important to the success of their business activities. While some of the customers wanted to start their business from scratch, some others were facing challenges to acquire customers, while some others were not confident enough to present their business cases before potential investors.
We have listed some of the key areas where LeanFlo Inc. has been able to create the maximum impact.
Where and how we made impact?
Hesitant First-time Entrepreneurs: As soon as we launched our meticulously created ‘StartUp Packages’, we were flooded with enquiries from dozens of first-time entrepreneurs who had an idea to build upon, but did not know where and how to start. Our team hand-held many of these entrepreneurs and guided them to take the first steps to convert their ideas into reality. Some of the areas where our provided advisory and execution includes Company Incorporation, Business Plan creation, Website & App development, Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition. Proud to share that currently we are engaged with almost a dozen startups at various stages.
Small Businesses: There are many small ventures that have been achieving marginal increase in revenues year on year from the same set of customers. We helped a handful of such ventures to reach out to many more customers and geographies by leveraging the digital branding and customer acquisition products. To say the least, the results are astonishing. Some of our customers in this segment have reported an jump of more than 250% in their in-bound business queries and orders.
Large Businesses Starting New Ventures: This is an interesting trend that we have observed recently, wherein established corporate houses are keen to introduce digital ventures or taking their existing businesses online. These business houses are champions in what they do offline, but they require a lot of hand-holding while initiating an online venture, which so far has not been their hall of fame. Currently we are engaged with three (03) large businesses based out of Delhi-NCR to help them set up new business lines and launch new business services.
The Next Big Thing!
After the superb initial response from entrepreneurs and small business owners, we have implemented the necessary preventive actions and are set to fire on all cylinders. We have stepped up our efforts on various fronts to reach out to many more entrepreneurs and small businesses. By September, we plan to help set up a new business ever day.
Yes, 30 days and 30 new businesses!
The number might look big, but the queries that we get on a daily basis and the number of entrepreneurs who have sought our help in setting up their businesses so far, is a testimony to the fact that these milestones will be comfortably achieved.
Raising first round of funds
LeanFlo Inc. is currently a bootstrapped startup. With the strong validation that we have received from our customers so far, we are now all set to initiate the first round of fundraise to help us strengthen our capabilities and serve our customers better.
