2018 Is The Year to Test New Horizons

Greetings from the Founders’ Desk.

As we complete the first month of the New Year we pause and look back at the month gone by. 2018 is the year we have earmarked for strengthening our processes, expanding to new markets and offering new services. We have been able to achieve the major part of what we planned for.

Expanding across multiple cities:

LeanFlo Inc. moved its headquarters to a much bigger office in Noida where all the execution teams operate. This is a wonderful 65-70 seater facility in a lovely locality of Sector 63, Noida. Although the facility is currently only filled to half its capacity, we expect to achieve full occupancy in next 6-8 months.

Mumbai team also moved to a bigger and better office in Malad West. We also took a small office in a co-working space in Pune.

Strengthening Customer Support Structure:

Our business model is based on a very simple structure. We help entrepreneurs, startups and SMEs in solving their problems, and they are gracious enough to pay us for the same. To understand the requirements of our customers better and help them achieve their targeted goals, we have created a team of ‘Customer Success Managers’ who work on-ground with the customers and ensure their problems are understood in all entirety and provided the necessary solution.

In January we have been able to establish CSM teams in all the three cities LeanFlo Inc. operates in. We will be further strengthening this team as we move ahead. Customer relationships and satisfaction will always remain a top priority at LeanFlo Inc.

Employee-First Approach:

We at LeanFlo Inc. firmly believe in helping our team members achieve their full potential. We have been focusing on creating a mentor-mentee structure in the organization and not a boss-employee structure. In the services business, it’s the employee skills that the customers value and developing employee skills is our top priority.

We firmly believe that only if our employees are passionate about the work they do and wear a smile while they partner with our clients, then only our customers will be happy. The money we make is a by-product of the success they ensure for our customers.

What Next?

The next two months of February and March, we have earmarked for strengthening the technology framework of the firm. We have plans of launching a completely new website by 15th of Feb. Along with the new website, we have plans of completely automating the workflows right from generating the leads to final delivery of the service to the customer.

We generate a lot of data on various parameters related to our customers’ business and requirements. We are planning to build a strong Predictive Analytics framework to ensure we understand customers’ requirements and issues even before they arise. Will share more details on the website and the predictive analytics framework as we move ahead.

Over all, the first month of the year went on the expected lines. We were able to achieve or surpass the plans for the month. We have a lot of exciting stuff coming for the next two months. Hope to continue the momentum and build a wonderful support structure for startups and entrepreneurs to flourish and realize their dreams.
